High profile projects may be eligible for Panduit 25-year System Warranty. Project details and standard closeout documentation (test results and as-built) will be submitted to the Panduit warranty department for acceptance and issuance of a 25-year Panduit System Warranty to the customer project point of contact.

Materials purchased through Convergence Cabling must be return in original unopen package and returned by the customer within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee. Special order items are not returnable, these items will be disclosed when quote is provided with additional notification prior to purchase acceptance. Special order items are typically non-stock or closeout items. Used materials and any cable cuts (copper or fiber) cannot be returned. Provide Purchase Order Number, product description, part number, and quantities to be return in written form to the attention of Raymond Ridgway.
